Customer place call to Zhongxing Vannex and request the amount of bags
客戶致電中興科域或電郵落單, 要求袋數量
Our vehicle delivers the amount of bags and seal labels to the customer's location.
車隊送客戶所要求數量的袋及一次性封條，到客戶公司
Once all bags are filled, then they may call us for appointment of collection. (Minimum order quantity required)
客戶完成機密文件裝袋後, 致電中興科域相約收集機密文件日期 (需要達到指定數量)
Once our vehicle arrived the pick-up location, our staff will check all bags, make sure they're sealed properly.
Then count the amount with the customer. (GPS real-time tracking during collection and delivery of confidential documents)
車輛到客戶公司收取機密文件, 先檢查一次性封條是否已鎖緊, 與客人核對袋數，然後運送。 (收機密文件車輛有GPS實時追蹤)
When our vehicle arrived to the workshop, unload and check if the seal of each bag are secure, then count the amount.
After confirmation that the amount was correct, the bags will be open and the contents will be shredded under the monitoring with CCTV surveillance system.
車輛把機密文件送到中興科域工場，會先檢查一次性封條是否已鎖緊, 核對袋數, 確定無誤後, 才進行銷毀, 全程會有閉路電視監察。
After completion of shredding, we will send a certificate and report to the customer.
完成銷毀後本公司會發出銷毀處理証明書給客戶。
